At Gigi, we strive to provide you with high-quality fashion pieces that you will love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at info@gigicollection.com.au. 

If your return is accepted after reviewing, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days of purchasing, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
