Shipping Methods & Costs — Australia

Standard Shipping: $9.99 AUD (2-5 business days). Free on orders over $300 AUD.

Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD (1-3 business days).

Shipping Methods & Costs — International

United States: $29 AUD flat rate, 5-9 business days. US duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout.

New Zealand: $19.99 AUD flat rate.

All other international destinations: $39 AUD flat rate.

Delivery timeframes for international orders vary by destination. Outside the US, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages
